I worked for Sun Pump, a non-profit spun off of Encap Technologies which makes and distributes a radically affordable, environmentally-friendly, powerful solar water pumping system designed to help subsistence farmers in developing nations across the globe.
I primarily worked to create the website for Sun Pump which included: Together with two co-workers, we built and launched the website in 1 month.
I also helped with various business and engineering aspects of Sun Pump such as:
- an epic business meeting in San Francisco from 8 AM to 8 PM
- working to make a better filter for muddy water
- coordinating calls with our partners in Kenya, various Chinese suppliers, the Illinois State Tax commission, and others
- measuring the pump's flow rate and metrics
